I find the new look FNB online banking website to be most un-user-friendly and aesthetically unappealing.
The layout is extremely poor and it is very difficult to navigate and it seems like it was designed for the visually impaired. I cannot believe that FNB has a team of designers and creators who eventually came up with this mess!! The previous site was much more intuitive and sensibly laid out - PLEASE revert to the old site.
I STILL cannot find the functionality where I can download a transaction history for a specified period only, something which I could easily do before. I don't know how much longer I will be able to use the current site without being completely frustrated and irritated each time. Finally, I am mostly at a loss to believe that FNB promoted this "new-look" site as the new thing since sliced bread. As far as I am concerned, the whole team who came up with this mess should be fired!!! Did anyone ever bother to consider what the customer wants?
