Bidvest Insurance
Cancelled Insurance, still they debit my account

I applied for Insurance with Bidvest on the 15/10/2013 and decided i don't want it anymore on the 17/10/2013, i called in to request the insurance be cancelled and was told to fax the letter which i did on the 17/10/2013, but on the 25th my account was debited and the insurance policy is still active as i found out today when i called. clearly its a good thing i want to cancel with bidvest insurance broker cause am not being taken serious no way they will take me serious when i have to claim, so please make sure this policy i cancelled and return my money! Poor service indeed!!!
