Penalty for getting Hijacked!!!

On Thursday the 18th July 2013 we got hijacked at gunpoint they took everything our wallets, phones, the car everything they even took my 2 year old sons socks and shoes in our new car of 2 weeks old with not even 500 km on... So on Friday 19th July 2013 we called to process a claim were it was said to us we don't have to worry the car is just going to be replaced since its still new so that was great newswhen we phoned on 22 July 2013 it was said our claim will not be processed because they haven't received our premium and the guy actually had such an arrogant attitude anyway so my husband went to the bank to draw statements to see what is going on and then a debit order was never set on the account after he sent the statement since it was their fault we didn't hear a word and no reply since then its a different story every day So today 25th July 2013 after we phoned them it was said we need to pay 10% access which is almost R12, 000 which is still understandable, and then it was said we need to pay a 10% PENALTY FEE for being HIJACKED! REALLY? we did not ask to get hijacked and wont recomend you guys to anyone. No Manager ever calls you back A solution to this will be appreciated
