Good day, I have been a Momentum customer for 3 years now, and a, Multiply customer for the same time, I go to gym about 20 times a month and has been doing so since Nov 2011, Apparently in April 2013 my debit order did not go off so my membership was cancelled, no phone call or e-mail, just cancelled, I then called in to change my branch and was told at the same time that my membership was not active, I then requested that the debit order be run again as there is money in my account and was told its been sorted, that was in April, we are today in August 2013, i never thought anything else since then I have still gone back to the gym 20 times a month for May, June, July 2013 with no problems, to my shock today when I wanted to go to gym I was told in front of all my pears that my membership was cancelled yet again, I then decided to call in and spoke to Themba at Multiply who told me I never called in to sort out the debit order i only sorted the branch, but he can see that the membership was cancelled in April to??? How the have I been gyming the past 3 months with no membership, I want this sorted tonight before 18h00 or im cancelling
