Monthly debit order going off after cancellation

On 30 August 2013 I cancelled my membership. After difficulties with customer care person they finally confirmed that my membership would be cancelled as at 30 September 2013. I received an email confirming that my membership has been cancelled and that the debit order would be stopped. The monthly debit order for October 2013 has been taken off, and as such I have contacted One Plan to sort this matter out and have been put on hold for the past half hour. I want this matter sorted out urgently and the money refunded to me, if not I will be taking this matter to the medical board and the ombudsman.
