Worst decision ever to change to Diacovery insure

Was very happily insured with Hollard when I received a call from Discovery and promised this amazing service as my medical aid is with them, especially if I was ever in any kind of traumatic event. I was in away for a long weekend the starting the 5th July. I went trough an extremely tramatic event and was attacked by someone knownto me, a case of assault is with the police. The Lodge security removed this person and assisted me to stay over till the next day when friends came to drive home with me as I was in a state of shock. We then realised a whole lot of things had been ripped out my engine. I did initially call in to report that I knew who did it but after discussing the case with the police they informed me that as there were no witnesses to who damaged my car I cannot open a case against this person. In my policy it explains that I am covered for malicious damage with no excess in such a case. To date they have been pathetic, unhelpful, unprofessional, I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed.
