SLOW RESPONSE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!

See below the sequence of my frustration (Few only):

-Tue, Aug 27, 2013 - First Email after several calls.
-Date: Wed, Aug 28, 2013 - Informed that I was selling my old vehicle and buying a new one. Requested to change my policy accordingly to make sure I'm covered and the policy updated accordingly.
-Date: Fri, Aug 30, 2013- NO REPLY! STILL WAITING FOR THE REVISED POLICY WITH THE NEW VEHICLE AND OLD ONE REMOVED!
Date: Tue, Sep 3, 2013 - NO REPLY! STILL WAITING FOR! SAME ABOVE.=TOTAL OF 7 DAYS & A LOT OF MAN HOURS I'VE SPENT!

This is really not acceptable and I need to really make something to change this as I'm not happy with the service this way, after my change.
I do recommend that once one of you operators get the email / call, the case belongs to him until is sorted, then you can have a Case number associated to that person & THE MANAGER HAS ACCESS TO ALL ACTIVE ONES FOR EACH CONSULTANT, MAKING SURE THEY CLOSE IN ACCEPTABLE TIME. ALSO ALL THE EMAILS OR CALLS ARE TRACKED & ASSOCIATED TO THIS REF# & CONSULTANT.
I've decided to hear a friend & your Consultant and changed to Discovery so I want to make sure I do not feel I'm walking backwards, getting disappointed, so improve!
