On the 14th July 2013 in the morning my yonger brother my car keys while i was asleep and drove my car dont know where then came back dented. i noticed on the 14th July morning when preparing to leave for Port Elizabeth as we went to Mthatha for a weekend.
then I reported to the insurance, they said i must take the car for assessment which i did on the 25th July 2013. afterwards Discovery Insure representative called to say my claim has been with the senior managers they will decide what to do. that is the statement i have been getting since then. then Discovery Insure sent me a new policy plan with new clause that the cover will effective when the proof of repairs are on file. i phoned again to check what that means the guy who was helping me Khanyisile said also doesn't understand, then he looked at his system notes and said i should have reported the case to the police. then i said i was not aware that I should report to the police whereas the car is back. then i asked if i can then report to the police he said it's already late for that as the claim has been already submitted. after some time they sent an Assessor who came also interviewed my brother. since then am not g
