Discovery Insure
Discovery Insure trying to pull a fast one

After providing Discovery with a letter from my bank stating the money was available they are still refusing to pay out. They say the bank has to declare they were in fault. They now "angling" the time it was available. No where in my schedule does it state a time debit only date debit, which in this case was honored by us. I have also provided them with 2 emails where in they paid me out 2 times even though my premium on the 1st was rejected. Proving that they selectively pay out small claims but not big ones. A day after laying the first complaint my husband took insurance also with Discovery to nr1: prove that we want to be insured with them (after the email they sent me stating that we do not want to be clients) and nr2: They would have also noticed that all our policy details incl the bank account to debited was the same and still they took the risk to insure us. We have been communicating with them for the last week and a half and we are again left feeling like we are being ripped off. We are no left with no option but to involve the Insurance Ombudsman and the media cause as per our schedule we were covered, need to be paid out and continue to receive cover.
