I have been in an accident on the 20th of Jan 2014.
Discovery's claim adviser advised me to give her my case number, date of accident etc
Which I did, now she cant get hold of the police station to verify that the accident really happened and asked me to get all the info from the police station in person.
I feel this is discovery's responsibility and not mine
I have moved from my previous insurer to discovery because they had the best service & I have my medical Aid etc with them.
This is the worst experience I have ever had.
Today is the 28th of Jan 2014 the day they told me they cant get hold of the police station I have to sort it out my self
