No joy since first complaint-most pathetic service

Since my first complaint logged a few weeks ago and their response to get back to me and get things sorted it just got worse so I decided to cancel my policy. When I first submitted my claim for malicious damage to my vehicle (which was for a measly R4400) they said I must pay R2500 and they will sort it out. My policy CLEARLY states that for malicious damage there is NO excess, such, don't even know there own policies. Then they said okay but they want third party details, I had no proof of the third party, no witnesses. They said its perfect good news, no excess we just want the third party. I asked on numerous occasions to speak to Mr Sulamin Rasdin, or to please have a meeting with him to discuss the police report, only to be told he is too busy... So I cancelled. I received a call from a young man asking why I want to cancel and see if he can change my mind. I explained in brief how unhappy I was and expected an apology (I had already paid for my vehicle) he turned around and said to me..I don't have access to the file, to avoid complications lets just cancel..Discovery Insure is the most pathetic, unprofessional organisation I have ever had to deal with.
