Go to Police Station 3 times to get 1 Case Number!

Our staff are attacked and robbed, they go to report the crime at the New Brighton Police Station, and have to wait for a detective firstly. Then are told cannot open a case because a cell phone was. They then go back the next day, once again no Detective to assist or open a case - hand in company phone/radio with GPS co-ordinates and address of the location of the phone since been. Had to then go back that afternoon and after waiting for over a hour, eventually got given a case number.
After giving the police the addresses and GPS co-ordinates and monitoring the phones location - to date nothing has come from the incident!
Can't believe that one would have to go to the police 3 TIMES just to get 1 case number... thank goodness none of our staff were killed. And no wonder people in the locations are now taking the law into their own hands.
