Just can't get the delivery branch right

Every time I need to get a new card from Standard Bank, the bank sends the card to a branch in a province where I lived 8 years ago. This despite updating my contact details whenever it changes, having changed my bank branch to one in my current province in 2009, and indicating to the branch division that I would like to have the card delivered to Blue Route, Cape Town. So every time there is a significant delay impacting on my ability to draw money, use the card for transactions and access my Internet banking. Drives me mad. Seriously considering moving over to FNB.
