I had a claim against a Dial Direct customer. We where involved in a minor accident. I am not a customer of Dial Direct but i was amazed by the efficiency and commitment shown towards my claim by Nonhlanhla Thobane. Whenever I asked for feedback, it was provided and the claim was handled with minimal delays. Its not often that you deal with efficient people like Nonhlanhla Thobane these days. More often than not, its a complaint on Hello Peter to get feedback. Well done.
