Cannot draw cash from ATM since November 2012

At the end of October 2012 my Cheque Card expired. I ordered a new one, and collected it from my Westville Branch. I was unable to draw cash from the ATM with this new cheque card. It said "technical error" on my slip. I went into my bank the following Saturday, and they ordered me with a new card. To cut a long, painful story short, I received 2 more new cheque cards, and I STILL cannot draw cash from the ATM. I have changed my PIN as advised by a Standard Bank Branch staff member, and this still did not work. Apparently they logged the complaints with the Card Division and IT Division, but either no-one calls me back, or they cannot resolve my problem! So since November last year, I have either had to pay for everything with my debit card or go into the bank and draw cash. Please keep in mind that I am being charged for these excessive card payments. And when I go into the branch to draw money, the staff always ask why I am drawing money from them, and not the ATM, and when I explain why, no-one cares and no-one offers to resolve it for me!!!

I need this resolved once and for all. I have been very patient until now, and I'm done being patient.
