Not Trained Properly

Good day

I'm very concerned as to how this person is trained and how he service customers. I was at the Bellville Branch last week Thursday (18 July) to see if I can Qualify for another loan seeing that I am a customer of African Bank. To make long story short I was in desperate need because I had an emergency situation where all my cash was maxed out, me and my husbans had to literally stay home because we did have money for train or taxi fair to get to work. So I borrowed a R40 for petrol just to go and see what my options are. So when i got there, I could see that this person is not very friendly or helpful in any way. So we did the application anyway and to my delight (you can imagine) I received and offer, signed of on the contract and was under the impression that the Money will be in my account the next day. So I waited until about 12 the afternoon. Borrowed another R5 just to buy airtime, call him and find out what happened. He picked up the phone and said"M? m I was just about to call you. Your loan was declined reason being "-affordibility-ya right. Anyway this story is longer than I'm allowed to write here. I was treated badly and feel he's incompetent.!!!
