I have been a loyal customer of African Bank for the past 7 years. In 2007 I was retrenched and sent African Bank all my documents & as far as I knew that matter had been settled. In 2010 I started working full time and again went to African Bank where I was treated curteously and given loan. Following that I remained loyal to African Bank and never once defaulted or failed to make a payment to them. For the past couple of months I've been called for credit card campaigns and payment breaks which were offered to loyal customers.
Three weeks ago I had a major emergency due to a death in my family and I need to move into a place of my own. Naturally the first place I called was the bank I felt I could always trust to HELP - African Bank. I was treated very poorly. I tried to apply for a loan that would pay off all my existinbg loans and leave me with enough cash over to pay the deposit for a place to rent. I was declined so I have no other option but to apply for rescheduling.
I remain extremely saddened & disappointed that my loan application was declined as I believe my solid payment history over the past few years demonstrates my value to you as a customer.
