No feedback on loan application

I applied for a loan on Thursday morning and was told it would take 48 hours to complete until payout. It is now Tuesday afternoon. Every time to try and phone headoffice you get out through to a Call Centre who says something else every time you phone. I have gotten no feedback from branch. I have signed contracts as they say the loan is approved and been given a cc that is worth nothing. I am very sad about the service I have received as I have been dealing with African Bank for three years and never have I been treated so badly. You cannot speak to a manager and I have now been holding on for the Assessment department for 1 hour. They just don't care about their customers. At this rate, they will have no customers left. They also falsely advertise their 48 hours turnaround time.
