Waiting for settlement letter since 12 July 2013

Hi

Miway and myself requested a settlement letter from Standard Bank, even today we are still waiting for it. Today i have being on a phone since 15:37 until 16:42, no one is willing to help me with the settlement letter. im struggling to get a new car as my car s being written off. and the insurance wont process the claim cause they cant get the settlement letter from the bank.
