On the 28 May 2013 I made a loan at the Uitenhage Branch and I was told that by the end of business that day the money would be deposited into my bank account.

I waited until 31 May 2013 when I went to the branch again to find what was the problem and I was told that the was an error in my application which had been resolved, so I should be contacted by the end of business 31 May 2013, as usual nothing happened.
On the 2 June 2013 I was at my bank and I only received a call and I told the person on the other line that I was in the bank and could not talk as I was busy with the teller, I asked them to call me after 10 minutes. Then I went to African Bank in Uitenhage again to complain about the service I am getting. The Consultant then investigated and told me I was called at 10:00 then I told her that whoever called me did not introduce themselves and I told them to call back in 10 minutes. I waited at the African Bank offices until 12:00 with the help of the consultant who sent numerous e-mails in vain.

Seemingly your call centre tellers do not understand the urgency of a loan application. People do not just make loans, I am deeply disappointed at your service.
