AFRICAN BANK DID NOT BOTHER TO ASSIST!!!

Dear Hello Peter I want to complain about the emotional abuse and mistreated behaviour I received from incompetent African Bank staff, I phoned loan department on Thursday 21/11/2013 asking for a loan, they told me my loan has been approved and I must go to my nearest branch, I went to Kollonnade branch where I was helped by Noqolo the consultant, she first told me the is a hold of affordability on my application and said she has to send my application to head office, then the next day Friday morning the lady from head office phoned me to confirm about the cause of the referral, later I phoned Noqolo and ask how far, she said it has be approved I must come in the branch to sign the contract, I went to the branch and sign the contract on Thursday morning in the afternoon noqolo phoned me and said statement has no stamp so they cannot pay out, Saturday I went in to drop the Bank statement and Noqola promised me they will pay out, when I phoned to find out when will the money be available she asked me to come in as my finger prints are needed.

I went in AGAIN for the and she said money will be paid, Sunday I AGAIN phone her to find out why the delay of payment, sh
