Time Wasted on Quote

I spent 10 to 15 days trying to get a life quote for my hubbys mum, i got an email confirmation of a quote, which was then rejected. Spoke to 3 different consultants, Romeo, Sunil and Thabo... all giving a different story, requsted email confirmation of rejection and explanation, still havent received. Either they can offer cover or not, spent so much time on ph calls and emails only to be rejected, wasted my time.

Dissapointed as companys values are honesty and integrating, when all they did was lead me on onto something that they couldnt do.
