Wedding Quote - Couldnt be bothered

I emailed Terry at The Flower Spot in Woodmead for a quote for wedding flowers in March 2013. I followed up my initial email with a reminder email as well as a few phone calls. Nothing came through on email and I sent emails to other colleagues as Terry claimed she never received my 2 prior emails. I then spoke to the Manager Craig who said he would get his wife to send me a quote. This quote has never materialised. Then I get a rather vague and incomplete quote from Terry a few days ago. It shows me just how little effort she put into the quote and shows her complete lack of respect to customers. I am completely disgusted. If this is how Flower Spot wants to do business because they are 'so busy' then good luck to you. When times are quite and you are begging for business just remember the customer you turned away. Money in hand wanting to spend with you and you couldnt even be bothered to do a simple quote. Forget it! I will rather use PROFESSIONALS to do my wedding flowers. A simple quote and you cant even do that professionally. No thanks.
