R400 if you cant beat the Quote - Lie

I reacently purchased a Hilux and looked for insurance quotes. Outsurance came in with at R1200 per month I managed to find two quotes that were way below and tried to claim the advertised R400 that outsurance so boldly publisice in there advertising campaign.
I sent an email to To: OUTsurance (Date: Tue, Apr 9, 2013 at 11:05 AM Subject: Re: OUTSURANCE Quote - OT19724685)
And
To: [Email Removed] (date: Tue, Apr 9, 2013 at 11:23 AM subject: Fwd: OUTSURANCE Quote - OT19724685) with no response.

I eventually called and was told I do no qualify as I already have a contract with outsurance on another vehicle this offer is only for first time quotes. I was very frustrated but left it at that.

My friend has now recently purchased a Hilux and attempted to get R400 back and was refused because he did not have existing insurance on he Hilux (so outsurance did not have a quote to beat), and he can try again in 6 months time, however in 6months I have a felling they will say the offer is for your first quote and this is not your first quote?

The offer to get R400 cash back is a gimic and not a genuine commitment. This shows poor ethics.
