Lack of help, consultants incompetent

I have been trying to upgrade a phone line since Saturday with little success and a lot of wasted time. I went into the Vodacom shop and did not qualify for the contract I wanted. The consultant however didnt help me to maybe choose something else I do qualify for but escalated my request which would have been answered on Monday. As my current phone is broken and it is quite urgent, also working until after 6 everyday - weekends is the only time for these stuff. Yesterday I tried to get information regarding which upgrades I qualify for from the online chat consultants. I wasted an hour, speaking to 2 consultants and both gave me different stories. Consultant one said I qualified for a deal and he would email the quote (which I am still waiting for). After I didnt receive the quote I again spoke to a different consultant who then said I didnt qualify for that deal but gave me another deal. I then later phoned the upgrad centre who then stated I also didnt qaulify for deal as per consultant nr 2. How on earth should I now know who to trust as all consultants had a different story. This is ridiculous and wasting precious time - unacceptable.
