Awful handling of complaint

I submitted a report on 17 July of misinformation supplied by Old Mutual when I tried to settle a loan. I was contacted the next day by Darren Hart to resolve my complaint. I was told to repay back the payment made to me to reduce my balance and he would send me an updated settlement balance that day. I did this immediately, emailed him proof of payment directly and to the generic email address. I have now sent 4 different follow up emails to get the balance but NO response has been received. Due to their incompetence I am now supposed to pay at least an additional week of interest charges caused by their delays which I am NOT prepared to do. I'm shocked at the poor service by the complaints team whose job should be to restore your faith in the institution you're dealing with.
