Poor Customer Account Service

I have a loan with Bridge Loans and I have been trying to get them to update their balance on the account for the past 2 weeks, I have have sent emails requesting that someone assist me with the balance query that I have, I have sent the proof of payment as well but nobody has contacted me to confirm that they have received the proof of payment and is looking into the query.
I am so disgusted that it has to take so long to resolve a simple query but when it comes to send laywers letters and threatening customer's with garnishees or legal action then there is no delay.
I would like a competent person to assist immediately as I would like to settle the account immediately.
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone, the level of service is horrible!
