Follow-up on last COMPLAINT, it is getting worse instead of getting resolved. When I am about to settle my loan account African Bank's dispute resolution manager tells me that I have not been billed interest, charges (no name) and fees (also no name) from June 2011. i recently got 3 different settlement settlement quotes and statement from their call centre, paid the balance per the statement only to be told 3days later that I still owe. When I requested a copy of statement I was told it will be emailed, that was on the 11th until today I have nothing except an email from Taryn "Yes there may be an amount you still have to pay. If you spoke to the Bank's call centre and requested a balance you would have been given the amount reflecting - this figure was incorrect as it did not include those charges. You were merely given the balance the agent was able to see, a discrepancy can only be picked up when you pull a settlement quote and realise its higher."- I am not going to let this slide, this is probably what they do to most desperate debtors, they rob us because we are so desperate and we don't even take note of what is happening. How can you for 9 months issue incorrect statement
