BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I went to african bank to query about my account. A grampy consultanted help me, she was a lady! i greeted her she never greet me back or offer me to sit no smile, nothing! she just look at me and she ask me 4 my id, i did not have my id available on me but my cellphone with the text that i have recieved. Then she was soo arrogant and told me i must bring my id and return with no further assistance. further i asked for a helpline number, she assisted with with her grumpy attitude. But i only needed advice to what the sms text was saying, so i do not see the need to why she wanted my id, all she had to do was give friendly services and explain! To me as a customer THIS IS PETHETIC!!! YOUR CONSULTANTS ONLY KNOW HOW TO HELP PEOPLE WHEN THEY GOING TO EARN COMMISION AND AFTER THAT THERE IS NO AFTER FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICES!
