I sent an email on Tuesday regarding a payment that was made to the Card Division Account, the payment was correct but the reference for the payment was wrong. I emailed the Card Division and told them what happened, they refered me to the Electronic Account Payments department with the reference number: SR Ref No : 35487420. Yesterday I emailed them again asking if I could please get feedback or are they still busy investigating the problem? I recieved a read report back but as of yet no response not even a courtesy email that says that you appologize for the dealy but we are working on it. What worse service can you get? While I'm at it I went to the Quagga Branch about two weekends ago the information people were chatting all the way and the queue was moving very slowly. We asked if we could see the manager and we were told by the security and reception lady that there was no manager on duty not even a supervisor. How could you open a branch for business without a manager on duty? The security guy did everything except for his job. Is it his job to show people where the Business teller is? I'm starting to believe all the negative stuff people says about STD Bank!
