After months of phone calls to our "bank manager" with no response, i decided to try and elevate it to Standard Bank Customer care. I sent a message as below and received a response a few days later, whereby 2 senior management people at the branch as well as our "business manager" we emailed and nearly 2 weeks later not even an attempt to discuss our issues... still waiting! Please assist with below email from client.
To whom it may concern,
My Name is James Johnston and I own a company called Fusion Digital with my partner Reshma Ramlugan, operating out of Germiston.
Fusion Digital has been a client of Standard Bank for 4 years now with the Greenstone branch.
I can tell you that I wish to be contacted by a superior within the Standard Bank Business division to complain about the non-responsiveness, unprofessional conduct that Mr MK Moyo and his branch manager who have failed to even return my multiple messages over the past 10 weeks.
It leaves me very despondent regarding our business relationship so much so that we are in need of assistance in our business and my frustrations are so that I am looking at other institutions to start financing with. regards, James Johnston
