No fedback on an ovrdraft investgation

I have discovered that there is an overdraft on my account that i am not aware of. On 2013-07-13 i went to the bank to enquire about the matter and i was told that they will investigate and give me feedback on 2013-07-15, which they didnt. Mr Janse van rensburg phoned on 13-07-16, told me that his head office was busy with investigation and promised to give me feedback today 13-07-18 it's now 21:22 and i havent heard any feedback frm the honourable bank manager.
