Can't even pay account!!!

My blue bean account debit order bounced for the first time in as long as I can remember. I haven't even used the card for about a year, and haven't been in possession if one either.
So when the collections department phoned I was duly embarrassed as it was. I made arrangements I pay the installment on the Saturday, missed it and planned to do it on the Monday via ATM deposit.
What followed has been myself driving around for almost two hours looking for an ATM after to struggle to even get my account number which the call centre itself wouldn't give me. I eventually find the nr, but I a receive a message from the system saying invalid nr. I proceed to drive from ATM to ATM trying to make the deposit.
That's the short version. The full version has me, four months pregnant, so upset with the whole process that I am now bordering on hysterical tears because I'm driving around at sundown for the past two hours and keep being approached by beggars at ATMs that has no security, repeatedly phoning standard bank to try and make payment.
End result: I get home after having been unable to make payment.

Great going standard bank. You really know how to help your clients. Truly pathetic
