Account suspended for R60

I tried to withdraw money from an ATM only to find my account is suspended. When i called the Standard Bank rehabiliation call centre this morning, to find out my account is in collections as i short paid R60!!! I have never skipped a payment on my card and its very seldom i actually use the account. I pay my card on time monthly. I never recieved a statement and paid a balance on my account i thought was suitable, because I was short R60 on my payment, my account was suspended but no warning.
No one contacted me to inform me i need to pay R60 and now when i make the payment via EFT from Nedbank, my account can only be reinstated after 72 hours of the funds appearing in the account. Although i requested i email the proof of payment to Standard bank for my account to be REINSTATED! I asked Shaylene from the Call Centre to speak to a Team Leader and i was eventually holding so long, i dropped the call. This is the first account i have with Standard bank and the service is Shocking. I am in need of my funds and no one is willing to assist me, considering that i could have been avoided if i were just contacted.
I will be paying up this card and closing this account and moving to FNB
