I'd like to set up a recurring payment with Standard Bank for my credit card and have been in contact with Yvonne Ntimang to make that happen. She proceeded to assist me last week and requested that as soon as I've made a payment I should notify her. I notifed her that the ABSA system doesn't have a trust account which she advised me to choose and I couldn't make the payment when I got paid on Monday. I proceeded to let her know that I was still unable to make the payment. That was this past Monday. That was the last of her as she has just ignored me. Can someone just give me a call so that I can set up a debit order with Standard Bank since this woman is unwilling to assist me?
