Poor Service and Bad Attitude

Ive struggled for three weeks to get assistance from Virgin Money after my Internet Account was locked. Consultants didnt even take the time to listen to my problem, but instead wanted to transfer me to the next person asap, without assisting. Eventually Devashni, a manager, listened to my query and told me what to do, and also said Lerato Petlele would call me to resolve the issue. Lerato never called, and also didnt return my calls. When I finally got hold of her today, she blamed Lesley for not giving her the messsage, and blamed aother consultants for not giving her my contact number, yet it was available on their system. Lerato's attitude was terrible, her tone of voice made it clear that she was annoyed with me and she couldnt get rid of me quick enough. When I suggested an apology she apologised sarcastically. I find it ridiculous to have struggled for three weeks and then still get a bad attitude from someone who was suppose to resolve the issue right away. If that is how Virgin Money treat their clients, then I would rather not want to be their client at all.
