They are not sticking to thier promise

Everything started in 2013-10-21 that I owe R506. They deducted on the 24th which is not my debit order date. They migrated instead of upgrade. This made and return of debit order in my account. 2013-11-20 received another sms saying I owe R807, called again and I was advised I billed incorrectly again. I spoke to Grace the on Monday disputing this and she advised that it an error it will fixed. On the 19-11-2013 my line was suspend. When I called in I spoke to Maxwell Ndlovu, worse agent ever, he was so quick on passing the bug, that he was not willing to assist in anyway, told me that its not his responsibility to find out about recording as the sale consultant did not follow the proper procedure after I told him, I do not want to change anything if I continue with them for another 2yrs. Spoke to Maxwell for more than 45 minutes but I did not get any help what so ever instead he told me that his team leader will call me.. I requested him to advise the Sabelo or Sbonelo to listen to the recording that was not done. The team leader did help as I asked for email stating what is the outcome. He did not do it, they messing my itc profile. R807 was deducted again, poor service eve
