Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service

I am utterly disgusted at the sevice I have received from Standard Bank Vehicle and asset finance. I applied at the end on June for my car payments to be put on hold for 3 months as I am now on maternity leave and will be unable to pay. I requested for the the 3 installments be added on onto my 5 year agreement. I was told by maria at the call centre to complete the forms and fax it back within 48 hours and this is what I did. I then went into the Standard bank at the Glen to confirm that all documents was received, the service consultant called the call centre... they had advised that it would take 4 - 12 days for the amount to be reversed into my account as I had applied late but they had received all the documents and all was in order... the amount was reveresd bank into my account during the course of the day, so I did not ask any further. I then got about 3-4 calls within the next 2 weeks where the consultants advise me that my account is in arrears?? What... is there no communication at standard bank... cause I have had to explain myself everytime a consultant called me..the last person I have been in communication with is Xoliswa..but I still do not have any feedback!!!
