On the 17th of may 2013 i spoke to a consultant regarding my account 45323491, who failed to assist me, who then requested another consultant to assist me. Consultant #2 advised me to pay R 228, the initial query was about the R 503 that i was required to pay immediately. on the 28th of May 2013 i made payment of R 228 as advised by Consultant #2. This morning 29/05/2013 when i switched on my TV i realized that my service was suspended, when i checked my statement online i picked up that there is an outstanding amount due to the value of R 18.33, i then made an online payment of R 19.00 and called the call center so that i can get clarity on the R 18.33 outstanding. "Adding salt to the injury" The consultant i spoke to 1. seemed clueless - could not read what was displayed on her screen 2. put me on hold for a long time 3. came back and told me that the R 228 was to keep my account up to date This information was inaccurate" which is completely different to the information furnished to me by the previous consultant.4. she wanted to put me on hold again to get someone to assist her. I need my services reconnected and recon of my account as soon as possible.
