AGAIN my statement aren't e-mailed

In Oct 2012 I've requested statements on both my accounts to be send to my e-mail address [Email Removed] Everything went well until now for two months I don't receive account A0445289. Again we are back to before where I only receive the one statement but this time it is turned around on account number A0445284 on cell number 083 400 5006 I don't receive the statement and do receive statement A0445289 on cell number 083 400 5005 on my e-mail. I urgently need this to be sorted and to receive BOTH my statements monthly via e-mail. This is no longer acceptable!
