Do not receive my monthly statements via e-mail

I had a quiry in the beggining of the year and phoned the customer care department, after sorting out everything they ask would I like to receive my statement via E-mail every month, I did say yes please and provided my e-mail adress to the consultant. Since then I have to phone every month in order to get my statement. this is very poor and unacceptable. And the SMS service they have to send balances do not corespond with the statement at that time. o.k so I had to phone in again and ask please send me my statement but please dont send me this stupid sms notifications of my balance cause its incorect. The consultant sed o.k we will stop that for you. and today I receive this stupid sms notification again and still no statement via -mail. Im frustrated and when you call the call centre you must wait and wait and the service is of poor quality and they ask for me to provid my card number with my pin. sorry to that is unprofesional service. All I want is a monthly statement of my credit card account every month.
