Hi there

I am absolutely disapointed with the service that I receive from Stand Bank. I last received my credit card statement in July 2012. On numerous occasions I have requested for my credit card statement to be emailed to me, but to date I have not received any statements, so much so that I contacted the card division, requesting that my statements be posted, seeing that they cannot get my email address correct. Every month I receive a call from the card division to confirm my email address and still no statements.
