Not resolving cases in acceptable time

On 31 March 2013 I received a SMS thanking me for a purchase that was made on my RCS account, which I didnt make. I contacted the call centre immediately to notify them of what happened. I was asked to sent documents through to them which I did. When I received my statement I saw that the purchase were made in Joburg (Never been in Joburg before). I contacted the call centre a few times after that to ask for feedback regarding my account but they always just said they working on it. They didnt even notify me that my account was frozen. Its July already and the problem are still not resolved.
Weirdest of all they never contacted me I am always the one who have to contact them and I think their services is unacceptable. They make it their duty to contact you everyday when you didnt make payment or when your account is in arears but they cant contact you when the ball are in their court.
I have never ever received such bad service...
