Blacklisted with ITC unfairly

I had a contract with vodacom ghandi square. The problem is in September 2013 I received an sms telling me that I've been blacklisted. I immediately called those lawyers and I made arrangements to pay them, I fully paid the account but my name is still blacklisted. Vodacom didnt send me any letters, e-mail, sms or calls to let me know that my account is in arrears, I feel that they should have called me first before they took me to ITC because now I want to purchase a car but I can't because of vodacom. Y did they want me to fill in the forms;i.e my contact details if they had no intentions of using them. This is unfair because I wasnt told that my account is in arrears, I wasnt made aware of this. I just want my name to be removed from ITC so that my things can go well please. They debited their money every month from my account. Now when I called their legal department this rude lady tells me that I should have checked my bank statement every month to see if vodacom deducted their money-I mean who asks for a statement every month just to check?? I have other contracts that make sure that they call if they didnt deduct or something so I dont understand why vodacom couldn't. Help!!
