Poor service!

Very poor service for telkom regarding on new order installation. i have ordered a new service from telkom and was told that a full day appointment was made for friday 18/01/2011 and that i must make my self available for then which i did. around 12 i contacted them to be told that my appointment had been cancelled.i contacted the call centre i spoke to Ivone the supervisor, she said that she we contact me back which she didnt. the Monday i called her again and she said she is waiting for feedback and will contact me back which she didnt. Wednesday i contacted the call centre to be told my installation has been booked for thursday make myself availible for a all day booking, .the guy showed up at 12:45 and left at 14:00 telling me that there is a problem with the wires at the box and he needs the tool to fix it and will be here first thing today friday. at 11:45 i contact the call centre they contact the technician and he give a complete different sorry. if this is how telkom treat new customer i dont think that i want to use their service.
