Duspute Purchase

I have a clothing account with Foschini and 2 months ago I found out at there was a false purchase of about 7500 that was made on my account at Canal walk and Somerset west malls in Cape Town while I was at work at Old Mutual Bara Square branch in Soweto as im residing in Joburg and was nowhere near Cape town and have never been to Cape Town around those days and the shocking thing is the purchase were made while i have my original id and foschini account card with me, foschini asked me to send some documents of which i did and they never contacted me until i called and asked for feedback and they told me they received the docs and the matter is under investigation, they never call or send me an sms to notify me of anything unless i call them. So last week thursday i received an sms saying my account is falling into arrears n i called and the consultant told me that the investigation is finalised and then im liable for the payment and i was furious coz to my knowledge they r still investigating and im not even notified of anthing unles i call and it is so unfair on me if im liable for the payment that was made in Cape town while i was in joburg and residing in joburg n was never in
