Ive been paying joshua doores account since last year, i skipped a month or two and tried to contact them regarding the payments, i made the required payments to make sure that my account is up to date, i contacted the contact centre and spoke to someone who told me the amount i need to pay to make sure that my account is fine, and i did what she told, to my suprise i still got letters from them telling me that my account is in arreas, i contacted them and asked to speak to the manager his name was bucks or backs, he promised to investigate and get back to, but never kept his promise, i contacted him again and he promised to get back to me AGAIN, but till today he never got back to me,

on the 14/05/2013 i spoke to a lady named Nokuthula, she promised to get back to me and she didnt, today i tried calling them 4 times and the hung up on me each time i call and ask to speak to either nokuthula or backs.

im really dispaointed on the level of service these guys are gving me, some of the consultant tell me that my account is up to date, some tells me that its in arreas, to me it seems like they dont know what they are doing, :( :(
