I don't think this company knows what customer service means. On the 26th I have log a complaint and the response on them was withing an hour that someone will contact me. I believe their IT has done a great job to have an automated response for each and every query logged. Up until today there is no one that has contacted me. An email from Megan Scullard said We acknowledge receipt of the complaint and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. The matter is being addressed, further feedback will follow shortly. That was after two weeks. No one has contacted me even today. I need to settle this credit card account. Please improve your services standard bank. It is so phathetic
