SHOCKING SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK

I have been contacted by Nimblecs, apparently my credit card account was handed over.

I was contacted for the first time after the account was handed over, BECAUSE STANDARD BANK STOPPED A DEBIT ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT
I have been in contact with standard legal department and no one came back to me as to why my standard bank account reflected a R0.00 balance and is handed over
WHY HAS STANDARD BANK NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME PRIOR - They have my e-mail address, contact numbers and postal address???
Lastly, I have gone yesterday into standard bank to settle the account (which I still have no visibility on) and I am told by your teller that I CANNOT SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT UNTIL I GET A SERIAL NO,???
I have spoken to Nimblecs and they are also NOT GETTING FEEDBACK FROM STANDARD ON MY COMPLAINTS.

Can someone please assist me urgently???
