NEDBANK WILL LEAVE YOU SUCKED THEIR ATTORNEYS

We all hear daily ads on radio how easy it is to apply and be guided through the whole process of providing a home for your loved ones with Nedbank... I applied for a Home Loan via Nedbank and it was approved in a week. I never knew that the property that I am about to purchase would be repossessed by the same bank. Nedbank appointed Peer Carrim Attorney's to process the Bond registration as they are afiliated to Nedbank and they did not allow me as the buyer to appoint my own Attorney's to process that. I made a payment of R10400 to Peer Carrim Attorney's as the banks instruction and made a further payment to the Deeds Transfereing Attorneys. On the 09/07/2013 I was informed that the whole process would be cancelled because the property would be repossessed from the current owner and she hasn't been making any payments. The Deeds Transfering Attorneys stated that they would refund me the full amount paid as they haven't processed anything so I cannot be held liable for any fees, however Peer Carrim Attorneys refuses to refund the funds paid to them even though they haven't rendered any service to, I feel is unfair and Nedbank needs to assist, Attorneys are out to me dry.
